We are so honored to have you be a part of our special day. Your comfort during the August heat is important to us!


Venue:
We chose a venue that offers an air-conditioned Victorian style house with a large shaded porch, along with a relatively shaded ceremony area and spacious tent for the reception area.


To take a break from the heat, guests are welcome to mingle inside The Victorian house before and immediately following the ceremony. The house offers some seating, cocktail tables, and restrooms. The large wrap around porch will also offer cocktail tables.


Ceremony:
During the ceremony, big beautiful trees will provide some natural shade.


Thank you for allowing us to provide you with hand-held fans for the ceremony.


Reception:
There will be fans in the reception area, where you are also welcome to use the handheld fans.


Dress Code:
The dresscode is Dress Casual/Evening Cocktail. Gentlemen are welcome to wear short-sleeved button down shirts and khakis; there's no need to wear a suit, unless you want to!


Ladies are welcome to get dressed up or wear dress-casual summer attire. While weddings are a fun opportunity to get dressed up, we want to make sure you feel comfortable :)
